Bill Gates: "In the area of machine translation, we've been running some interesting experiments where we take our support databases and have half of them hand translated and half of them machine translated. And what we're seeing when we did that, taking English articles and putting them in Spanish, is that the satisfaction was every bit as high for the machine-translated articles."
