naja, ich sag hier jetzt nix wg. rss, sondern frage nur mal ganz scheinheilig welcher paragraph der agb dann zuständig wäre, um die rechtslage von postings in kollaborativen weblogs oder auch kommentaren zu definieren: gehören sie zum autor, zum weblog-eigentümer oder zum weblog-hoster? daraus leitet sich dann m.e. erst ab, wie ein export auszusehen hat, oder etwa nicht? generell eine haarige sache, userdaten selbst haben in so einem format jedenfalls nichts verloren...
