Check out the proposed feature list for v1; quite an undertaking. Regardless it'll be interesting watching Mitch work through it all.

It will be particularly interesting to see if Kapor can avoid what we used to call the `second system' phenomenon. This refers to the common problem that follow-on systems, built with lots of thought, often turn out to be failures, sometimes dismal. (CPM-II, Multics, ...)
