yeah, he also mentioned that at reboot. the core group of wikipedians is very well-organized and fairly small (500p?), lots of people know each other in person. he also seemed quite annoyed by characterizing wikipedia as being an outcome of "swarm intelligence" - saying it's all about respect and love instead.
